Sam's East is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician in Buford, GA to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas. Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Team Members collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests and educate teammates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS and product specs.
• Use digital tools and POS systems to assist customers and drive sales while ensuring a safe service experience.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions, maintain inventory, and document safety, product and service issues.
