Walmart's Sam’s Club in Macon, GA is hiring for a Tire and Battery Center team member. The role focuses on safety, merchandising, service, and helping members with tire and battery installations and maintenance.

You will greet members, recommend products, process purchases, and help keep the TBC area organized while applying safety standards and using Sam’s Garage for service guidance. This is an on-site, full-time position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains Tire and Battery Center safety and standards, including forklift handling and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintains merchandise presentation, signs, pricing, and display organization.
• Assist members with tire and battery installation, maintenance, and service scheduling.
• Provide expert member service, recommend products, explain warranties, and address concerns.
• Drive sales and promote TBC offerings while collaborating with club associates.
• Triages service workflow and prioritizes appointments to maximize efficiency.
