Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to deliver safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas, helping members get what they love for less.

You will work with teammates to meet the club’s expectations and educate on tools and resources. You will be an expert on safety protocols, tire and battery guidelines, TPMS, and service standards, while using Point of Sale systems to assist customers and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Completion of required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient service in sales and service areas.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of tire and battery products, safety protocols, and industry guidelines.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions; assist members with purchases.
