Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician at our Sterling location to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas. You’ll collaborate with associates to meet member expectations and deliver best-in-class assistance.

You will apply knowledge of safety, TPMS, and POS selling while leveraging digital tools to enhance the service experience and support team engagement. Benefit from a team-focused Walmart environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Must complete all job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Team Member: fulfill sales and service requests, mentor new technicians.
• Expert: knowledge of safety, compliance, TPMS, service standards, and POS selling.
• Techie: use digital tools to plan for sales, improve service, and drive engagement.
• Owner: manage inventory, cash handling, returns, documentation, and safety compliance.
• Talent Ambassador: uphold Walmart values, train and motivate others, and adapt to change.
