Job summary

Sam's West operates a Tire and Battery Center focused on safety, service, and member satisfaction. Associates assist with tire and battery services, merchandising, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization across the service bays.

Team members greet customers, assess needs, and provide informed recommendations while using Sam’s Garage and POS tools to complete purchases. A strong emphasis on safety and efficiency helps deliver value and timely service.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards on the sales floor and in operations, including forklift and hazardous material handling.
• Present and merchandise products, set up displays, price items, and protect high-shrink merchandise.
• Manage tire and battery orders, assist with installations, and communicate lead time changes or cancellations to members.
• Provide expert member service, recommend products, explain warranties, and ensure value for members.
• Drive sales and service excellence by promoting TBC offerings and coordinating with the team for efficient service.
• Prioritize service workflows in TBC bays and coordinate with Technicians to meet service needs.
