You will model Tire and Battery Center expertise, coordinate with fellow leaders, and ensure safe, efficient operations on the shop floor. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, training team members, leveraging digital tools to elevate service and sales, and maintaining a neat, compliant work area.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.

Responsabilidades

• Be a Team Leader: Supervises the Tire and Battery Center team to deliver on the business plan and support the club.
• Be an Expert: Maintain knowledge of Tire and Battery Center operations, safety, and product specs.
• Be a Techie: Use handheld tech to access information, pricing, and training materials.
• Be an Owner: Assist in staffing, scheduling, inventory, and daily cash handling as needed.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Train associates, identify talent, and promote career growth.
• Demonstrates integrity and adherence to company policies and ethics.
