Job summary

Walmart and Sam's Club Moore, OK are seeking a Tire and Battery Center Team Leader to supervise the Moore club's Tire and Battery Center team and deliver high quality service to members. You will lead hourly associates, ensure safety and compliance, and support the department in achieving its business goals.

The role requires at least 6 months in a supervisory or automotive capacity, a willingness to learn, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Tire and Battery Center team to meet service goals.
• Ensure safe, efficient tire and battery services and store compliance.
• Train and develop associates, communicate department goals.
• Operate cash registers and assist with scheduling and inventory as needed.
