Job summary

Walmart in Moore, OK is hiring for a Tire & Battery Center team member. You’ll assist members with tire and battery services, manage orders, schedule installations, and uphold safety standards using Sam’s Garage tools and company policies.

You’ll provide expert member service, recommend products, maintain displays, process purchases, returns, and exchanges, and collaborate with the TBC team to deliver value and a great shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards across the TBC and sales floor per policy.
• Organize, stock, zone, and merchandise Tire & Battery Center displays.
• Assist members with tire and battery orders, installations, and appointments.
• Provide expert member service, recommend products, explain warranties.
• Drive sales, promote TBC offerings, and support a high-quality service experience.
• Triages service workflow, prioritizes requests, and collaborates with leads/technicians.
