Walmart’s Tire and Battery Center in Denton, TX is seeking a team member to provide expert member service, manage sales and service decisions, and assist with tire maintenance and installation appointments. You will use Sam’s Garage knowledge to recommend safe, value-driven products and ensure a smooth, efficient TBC workflow with strong safety and compliance adherence.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle challenging situations, and collaboration with associates

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or auto service is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with purchases and services.
• Maintain safety, order, and cleanliness of the Tire and Battery Center.
• Explain warranties and recommend suitable tire and battery products.
• Coordinate appointments and service flow in the TBC bays.
• Operate POS and handle payments, returns, and exchanges.
