Les Schwab Tire Centers in Heber, UT is seeking a Sales & Service team member to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform TPMS calibration, and assist customers with product recommendations. The role emphasizes high-quality service and efficient tire care in a busy shop.

You will drive and support various tire-related tasks, with on-the-job training and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. This position includes a competitive hourly wage and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to frequently lift 35–75 pounds and perform bending and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, including balancing and TPMS calibration.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite work.
• Assist other employees and follow company policies and code of conduct.
• Handle equipment and perform routine tire maintenance tasks.
