In & Out Oil Change and Complete Auto Care is hiring a Tire & Automotive Service General Manager to oversee daily operations, motivate a skilled service team, and drive sales growth at our busy Louisiana location.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in management within tire and automotive services, strong customer focus, and solid leadership and communication skills. A competitive base salary and performance incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; HS diploma or GED accepted.
• Three+ years of sales or general management experience in tire & service shop.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry and trends.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to read profit and loss.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintain customer satisfaction metrics.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain a successful team.
• Attend manager meetings and collaborate with owners and staff.
• Implement sales and growth strategies while managing inventory and procedures.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and completion.
