Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive leadership experience with proven revenue growth.
• Track record of building and coaching high-performing teams.
• Experience managing Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Strong sales leadership, business acumen, and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and develop top talent across roles.
• Willingness to embrace new programs and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the complete performance of your location.
• Aggressively grow sales, car count, and gross profit.
• Increase ARO and service penetration through team coaching and accountability.
• Recruit, hire, and develop A-players at every position.
• Train and coach Service Advisors to maximize sales opportunities ethically and effectively.
• Lead daily performance huddles focused on metrics and production.
• Hold team members accountable to KPIs, productivity, and service standards.
• Analyze weekly and monthly reports to identify growth opportunities.
• Control labor costs and manage expenses to protect net profit.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly while protecting the brand and bottom line.
