Fox Rent A Car is seeking a Tire and Lube Technician in the United States. The role involves hands-on maintenance to keep the fleet safe and reliable, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspection, and electrical minor fixes.

You’ll document work orders, handle hazardous materials as required, and maintain a clean, safe shop. Requires a High School Diploma or technical training and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Technical school graduate.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to maintain it.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments within established timeframes.
• Comfortable working in various conditions, including weather, hazardous materials, and noise.

Responsabilités

• Perform technician duties, including changing oil and oil filters, rotating and balancing tires, repairing flats, and testing/installing batteries.
• Inspect and replace brakes, handle minor electrical issues such as fuses, and ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Complete and maintain required paperwork, including repair order logs.
• Respond to spills and accidents promptly, following company procedures and regulations for hazardous materials.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by keeping the service area, equipment, and tools organized and in compliance with all safety standards.
• Adhere to your assigned shift and be dependable and punctual.
• Interact professionally and effectively with customers and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives.

At Fox Rent A Car, our Tire and Lube Technicians keep the fleet running safely and efficiently. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality maintenance work and wants to make an immediate impact every day, this is your kind of role.

Your Primary Focus Is To

• Perform technician duties, including changing oil and oil filters, rotating and balancing tires, repairing flats, and testing/installing batteries
