Tire/Alignment Technician

Lewiston Motor Company is currently looking to fill a FULL-TIME Tire/Alignment Technicianposition to continue to offer the great customer service that we are known for.

We provide comprehensive paid training, hands‑on coaching, and ongoing support to help Tire Techs succeed and grow within our organization.

Essential Job Duties

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast‑paced environment
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands‑on automotive skills
• Follow Lewiston Motor Company’s Policies and Procedures

Qualifications

• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs
• 1 year experience preferred
• Degree not required (preferred)
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail‑minded, seeking efficient methods of performing duties
• Work as a team and independently when necessary
