• Diagnose and address customer tire needs.

• Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as needed.
• Work with suspension, brake, and steering systems to ensure safety and reliability.

This dynamic role requires you to analyze the wheels and tires on each vehicle, conduct necessary services such as changing and rotating tires, and align the wheels per manufacturer specifications with the use of proper tools and equipment.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct wheel alignments on vehicles to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and address customer tire needs

• Additional tasks as assigned by manager

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
• Ability to read and verify work order information
• Ability to lift, carry, or move 50 pounds regularly
