Job summary

Burt Brothers in Utah seeks a Tire Technician to join a results-focused, performance-driven team dedicated to delivering fast, accurate, and elite service to customers. You will mount, rotate, and balance tires, perform oil changes, inspect issues, and help keep the shop safe and organized.

The role offers a path to light mechanical work and growth into higher service positions, with weekend availability and a strong emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow.
