Job summary

Lewiston Motor Company is seeking an Express Lane Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations and other light maintenance. This role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience while upholding company standards and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid in-state driver’s license, and a drive to achieve personal and company goals. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lewiston, ID.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-point inspections.
• Check tire air pressure and rotate tires.
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants.
• Drain oil from crankcase and refill with the correct amount of oil.
• Replace oil and air filters.
• Inspect vehicles for additional repairs needed.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values in all interactions.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Follow safety procedures to avoid fumes, dirt and harsh chemicals.
• Provide excellent customer service with the customer’s perspective first.
