The Tides Inn in Irvington, Virginia, a Forbes 5-Star luxury resort, seeks a Bartender to join two full-service restaurants and support banquet events up to 200 guests. You will bring artistry, precision, and hospitality to every shift, delivering a polished bar experience with seasonal cocktails.

You will manage mise en place, inventory, and garnish presentation, while contributing to four seasonal menus and collaborating with FOH and culinary teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Regular and Reliable Attendance is an essential function of this role.
• Provide warm, attentive, and intuitive service aligned with Forbes 5-Star standards.
• Execute cocktails with precision, consistency, and artistry across two dining outlets and banquet bars.
• Work in two full-service restaurants and support banquet bars for events up to 200 guests.
• Complete accurate end-of-month inventory. Assist with product ordering and par levels.
• Collaborate with front-of-house, culinary, and event teams to ensure seamless service.
