Job summary

The Sea Pines Resort seeks an experienced supervisor to manage the Golf F&B operations, focusing on guest service, revenues, scheduling, and cost control. You will oversee staffing, training, and adherence to resort policies while ensuring smooth communications with Golf and Sports Marketing teams.

Responsibilities include inventory control, supervising Beverage Cart Attendants and Half-way House Attendants, and maintaining high guest-service standards in a resort environment on Hilton Head

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University.
• 2-4 years related supervisory experience.
• Thorough understanding of F&B cost systems and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Golf F&B business unit with focus on guest service, revenues, scheduling efficiency and cost control.
• Monitor activities, performance, and schedules of staff for maximum effectiveness.
• Staffing: define needs, interview, hire and direct training and orientation for performance and compliance.
• Monitor inventory and flow of Golf F&B products, supplies, and equipment for efficiency and security.
• Maintain ongoing communication with all staff and support personal growth and development.
• Communicate with Golf and Sports Marketing staffs.
