Job summary

Harwood Hospitality Group in Dallas is seeking a Bartender responsible for the service of alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and food in a fast-paced, high-volume setting at Happiest Hour. It features a rooftop lounge and a lively dining scene within the Harwood District.

You will follow HHG beverage standards, maintain bar cleanliness, assist in inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction with expert knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktails.

Qualifications

• High volume restaurant experience preferred.
• TABC and Texas Food Handler Certification required.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the other bartenders in monitoring and coordinating day-to-day bar operations during each shift.
• Prepare drinks and deliver to guests in a pleasant manner.
• Maintain a spotless service and ensure guest needs are met to the highest level.
• Ensure bar and prep areas are clean and organized, and that equipment is in good working order.
