Job summary

Harwood Hospitality Group in Dallas is seeking a Bartender to deliver high-quality service of alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and food, following our standards and procedures. The bartender will be friendly, provide excellent guest service, and help ensure a memorable experience at Docent Steak.

You will assist with bar operations, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, know wine, cocktails and beer, and ensure compliance with state liquor laws.

Qualifications

• Must be TIPS certified or hold similar state certification.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beers.
• Experience handling bar POS systems and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks with proper mix ratios and serve guests.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and bar prep tasks.
• Record orders accurately in the computer system and handle payments.
