Job summary

Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking a Food Server Assistant to support the Food Server in delivering guest experiences at our West Valley resort. You will set and clear tables, assist with beverage service, and help run food while maintaining friendly, proactive communication with guests and team members.

This fast-paced, guest-facing role requires stamina, the ability to lift and move moderate weight, and a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Requires great communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates desire and develops skill in ability to effectively operate within team.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a moderate weight.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evening, weekends and holidays.
• Valid AZ Food Handlers License preferred.
