Oak View Group partners with the Seattle Aquarium to staff a Bartender who delivers high-quality service for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The candidate must be personable, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced event environment.

The position is part-time, with an hourly rate of $22.00–$25.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for part-time roles include a 401(k) savings plan and matching contributions. The role remains open through December 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Six months or more experience bartending.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bartending school preferred.
• Accurate cash handling skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate excellence in guest service and maintain uniform standards.
• Follow bar pre-shift notes and bar menus.
• Serve alcoholic beverages according to regulations.
• Upsell products to guests.
• Pour drinks accurately and check IDs.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation.
• Handle cash and bank at bar.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment.
