Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector on Hilton Head Island, SC to supervise cleaning staff and ensure units are cleaned to MasterCorp standards.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
• May prep rooms for housekeepers during busy/peak periods.
• May clean rooms using MasterCorp's 7-step to clean process during busy/peak periods.
• Assist in the training of staff, both existing and new recruits.
• Report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Inspect and prepare clean units and report them as vacant and ready.
• Inspect units and complete the required amount of report cards per week.
• Assist in linen inventories as directed.
• Responsible for time efficiency of direct reports.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
• Cultivate and develop strong, positive customer relations.
