Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking an energetic Delivery Driver to service Store #703171 in Cedar Falls, IA. You will deliver paint and related products to customers, load and unload orders, and ensure accuracy and safety in every trip.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal candidates must have a meets expectations rating (3) in the latest appraisal.
• Internal candidates must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Load customer orders onto the truck correctly.
• Complete required delivery forms and reports.
• Load, transport and deliver items safely and on time.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report maintenance needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Adhere to routes and schedules and comply with transportation laws.
• Operate vehicles and equipment such as cars, trucks, and forklifts.
• Perform store duties including warehouse tasks and tinting/mixing orders.
