Job summary

Fluor Corporation in Illinois is seeking a payroll professional to support daily payroll operations, reconcile timecards, and manage data entry for hires and rate changes. You will work with the payroll team to generate reports, ensure compliance, and help drive accurate and timely compensation.

Prior experience in payroll and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred. You will contribute to a collaborative environment and be expected to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll

Qualifications

• Three years of combined education and related experience.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, vendors, and visitors.
• Attention to detail and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Perform miscellaneous payroll duties including daily reconciliation of timecards and reporting.
• Monitor clock, craft hourly employees and subcontract personnel as needed.
• Coordinate data entry of hires, terminations, rate changes to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform data entry, produce and analyze reports using payroll systems.
• Support payroll staff and foster professional development.
• Ensure compliance documentation per management.
• Other duties as assigned.
