Austin Industrial is seeking a Timekeeper to oversee jobsite accounting, payroll, and administrative support for project teams across our industrial operations.
You will manage accounts payable/receivable, job-cost accounting, and change orders, coordinating with the Project Manager to ensure timely payments and accurate reporting on site. Strong Excel skills and experience with TRACK/CATS are preferred.

The Timekeeper responsibilities are to provide overall direction and control over the jobsite accounting, personnel functions, and other administrative support functions required to support the project staff.
