Job summary

Turner Industries Energy Services is seeking a Timekeeper for the Whiting, IN area. The Timekeeper compiles employees' time and production records and reviews time sheets for completeness, reporting to the site manager or foreman.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of business machines or software, TRACK software, and preferably SAP, with strong communication and organizational skills. Safety compliance and post-offer screenings are required. Turner supports equal employment opportunity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business machines, computers and/or menu driven applications.
• Knowledge of TRACK software, required.
• Prior experience in SAP, preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Post offer drug / alcohol screen, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of the Turner Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Policy
• Comply with company and client job site safety requirements
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace

• Non-exempt role; Reports to site manager, site superintendent, or foreman.
• Assigned duties according to specific procedures; work is checked frequently.
