Responsibilities

• Support underwriting of timberland acquisitions and investment strategies.
• Assist with property acquisitions including modeling, due diligence, and closing.
• Review annual plans and third-party appraisals.
• Prepare investment materials for stakeholders.
• Provide information and analysis to accounting and portfolio teams.
