Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in forestry or equivalent experience.
• Graduate degree in forestry-related discipline or business is highly desirable.
• At least two years of timber valuation or related experience.
• Understanding of forest finance and discounted cash flow analysis.
• Knowledge of forest inventory, GIS, and yield models.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting of timberland acquisitions and carbon projects.
• Assist with property acquisitions including due diligence and modeling.
• Review annual Long-Term Plans and third-party appraisals.
• Prepare investment materials for stakeholders.
• Provide information for investment modeling and decision support.
• Collaborate with GRP team across regions.
