GH Engage is seeking a Dallas-based Superintendent for tilt-wall and industrial projects. You will own field operations, lead trades, drive the schedule and uphold safety and quality from groundbreaking to close-out.

Candidates must have hands-on tilt-wall construction experience and a strong background in large-scale industrial projects, with excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Proven Superintendent experience with a commercial/industrial GC
• Hands-on tilt-wall construction experience (essential)
• Strong background on large-scale industrial and/or distribution projects
• Ability to lead trades, manage schedules and deliver to program
• Solid understanding of safety standards and site compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on tilt-wall / industrial projects
• Own and drive the project schedule, sequencing trades and deliveries
• Lead and hold subcontractors accountable to program and quality
• Enforce a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance on site
• Manage tilt-wall panel casting, bracing and erection sequences
• Oversee QA/QC, inspections and resolve field issues proactively
• Liaise with project managers, owners, architects and engineers
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation

Job description

Our client is a highly regarded general contractor with a strong reputation across Texas for delivering large-scale tilt-wall and industrial projects on time and to an exceptional standard. Known for looking after their people, investing in their teams, and running well-organized job sites, they have a robust pipeline of work and are adding an experienced Superintendent to the team.

THE ROLE

This is a local, Dallas-based role on tilt-wall and industrial projects in the Dallas area. As Superintendent, you'll take full ownership of field operations, leading trades, driving the schedule, and holding the line on safety and quality from groundbreaking through to close-out. Your tilt-wall expertise will be central to the project's success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day site operations on tilt-wall / industrial projects
• Own and drive the project schedule, sequencing trades and deliveries

This is a Dallas-local position. Candidates in the Dallas-Fort Worth area are encouraged to apply. Texas-based candidates outside daily commuting distance to Dallas will be awarded a per diem.
