Tilt-Up Construction Superintendent for Industrial Warehouses

Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial and industrial construction projects, with a strong emphasis on concrete tilt-up construction, warehouses, distribution centers, and logistics facilities.

In this role you will manage daily field operations, supervise subcontractors, develop schedules, enforce safety standards, and drive project execution from mobilization to closeout, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and architects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field experience with superintendent or lead roles.
• Direct experience in ground-up concrete tilt-up construction.
• Experience in industrial/warehouse/commercial building projects.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on ground-up commercial and industrial projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, equipment, and deliveries.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, look-ahead schedules, and milestones.
• Manage structural steel, roofing, MEP coordination, and interior build-outs.
• Coordinate sitework, utilities, paving, and site improvements.
• Review drawings, RFIs, and shop drawings; monitor progress and safety.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and ensure quality control and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain field documentation and closeout processes.
• Work with Project Managers, engineers, and architects to resolve issues.
• Direct crane operations and panel erection sequencing.
