Job summary

Uprite Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a large industrial tilt-up project in Merced, California. You will own field operations, coordinate trades, drive the schedule, and uphold safety and quality from mobilization through closeout.

Candidates must currently reside in California and be willing to travel or stay onsite in Merced for the duration of the assignment. Strong communication and oversight of subcontractors are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant superintendent experience in commercial general contracting.
• Heavy ground-up tilt-up/concrete tilt-up project experience required.
• Strong leadership, scheduling and safety management on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for a large ground-up industrial tilt-up project.
• Manage project from sitework through panel erection, MEP, interiors, and closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and safety/quality on site.
