Job summary

Renewyx is seeking a Superintendent - Concrete expert for projects in Ohio. You will manage daily site operations, enforce safety, and supervise quality across multiple subcontractors to keep the tilt-up schedule on track from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.

Must have a track record on commercial sites as a lead Superintendent, strong safety program knowledge, and experience with Procore or MS Project. This is a permanent role based on active project sites across Ohio.

Qualifications

• Track record running commercial job sites as lead Superintendent.
• Strong grip on safety programs, trade sequencing, and daily site logistics.
• Comfortable managing multiple subcontractors while keeping the schedule on track.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with self-perform crews.
• Familiarity with scheduling software such as Procore or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily site operations, including trade sequencing, safety enforcement, and quality control.
• Ensure the project stays on schedule from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain timelines and safety standards.
