Job summary

Renewyx is seeking a Superintendent - Concrete expert for projects in Ohio. You will manage daily site operations, enforce safety, and supervise quality across multiple subcontractors to keep the tilt-up schedule on track from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.

Must have a track record on commercial sites as a lead Superintendent, strong safety program knowledge, and experience with Procore or MS Project. This is a permanent role based on active project sites across Ohio.

Qualifications

• Track record running commercial job sites as lead Superintendent.
• Strong grip on safety programs, trade sequencing, and daily site logistics.
• Comfortable managing multiple subcontractors while keeping the schedule on track.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with self-perform crews.
• Familiarity with scheduling software such as Procore or MS Project.

Renewyx have partnered with a leading contractor specialising in strcutural and Tilt-up concrete.

This team has built a reputation as the go-to tilt-up experts in the region, with a backlog of large-footprint builds already secured.

You will manage all aspects of daily site operations, including trade sequencing, safety enforcement, and quality control, ensuring the project stays on schedule from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.
