Job summary

Emser Tile is seeking a Warehouse Associate 3 (Picker) at our Houston distribution center. The role focuses on accurate picking, staging for shipping, and maintaining pallet integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are experienced in picking, lift-capable up to 100+ pounds, and able to work from RF devices. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; forklift certification is required for certain tasks.

Qualifications

• Picks product and builds pallet to standard.
• Stages product on shipping dock per schedule.
• Uses RF Scanner to verify product accuracy.
• Compares shade numbers through label verification.
• Creates a new license plate and places it on the pallet when needed.
• Uses breakage sheets daily to record issues.
• Reads item labels to identify product type.
• Navigates the warehouse efficiently.
