Emser Tile is seeking a Warehouse Associate 3 (Picker) at our Distribution Center in Houston, TX. The role focuses on accurate order picking, staging for shipping, and utilizing RF scanners to verify product details.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in a picking role, be highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Forklift certification is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Picks product and builds a pallet to standard.
• Stages product on shipping dock according to shipping schedule.
• Utilizes RF Scanner to ensure accuracy of product.
• Demonstrates ability to match shade numbers through label verification.
• Creates new license plates and places on pallets.
• Uses breakage sheets daily for records.
• Reads item labels to identify product type.
• Navigates warehouse efficiently.
