Emser Tile LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate 3 (Picker) at our Distribution Center. The role focuses on accurately picking line orders, building standard pallets, and staging them for shipping.

You will operate an RF scanner to verify items, confirm shade matches, and arrange pallets on the dock according to the schedule. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of picking experience, can read labels, and works well in a busy distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Picks product and builds pallets to standard.
• Stages product on shipping dock according to schedule.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Picks line orders and stacks them for shipping.
• Uses RF scanner to verify accuracy and match shade numbers.
• Reads item labels to identify product type and organizes pallets.
