Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is hiring a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate in Lenexa, Kansas. You will service walk-in customers, complete sales transactions, receive and stock materials, pick/assemble orders, and perform daily inventory checks, with forklift operation as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a HS diploma, have 1+ year of customer service and warehouse experience, and demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and safety awareness in a fast-paced retail/industrial setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and warehouse experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Crane/Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service walk-in customers and complete sales transactions.
• Receive, stock, and replenish materials; process stock and inventory checks.
• Enter customer orders and create plant/RDC orders; assemble orders for customers.
• Perform daily cycle counts and ensure accuracy of outbound orders.
• Operate crane and forklift equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
