Job summary

Architectural Tile & Stone in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for our showroom. You will greet visitors, guide customers through tile, stone, granite and marble options, and prepare quotes.

Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams, maintain pricing data, update displays, and chase sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Base salary plus commissions, 401K with matching, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or showroom environments preferred.
• Ability to read plans and elevations is a plus.
• Strong product knowledge in tile, stone, granite, and marble, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom visitors and assist customers with product options.
• Guide customers through tile, stone and system choices for residential/commercial projects.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with fabrication and installation teams.
• Maintain accurate product and pricing information and update displays.
• Follow up with clients to progress projects and achieve sales goals.
