Job summary

The Tile Shop in Texas is seeking a part-time showroom sales associate to work with interior designers, homeowners and trade professionals. You will recommend products to meet space, style and budget while building lasting relationships and educating customers on installation and product use.

Role offers hourly pay based on experience with uncapped commissions for 20-30 hours per week and a welcoming team environment within our showrooms. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Meet Sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals
• Other duties as assigned
