Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience estimating for tile, stone, marble, terrazzo, or related finishes.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, finish schedules, specs, and bid documents.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and commercial project estimates.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, Excel or similar estimating software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Excellent communication with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Nevada construction market knowledge or Las Vegas subcontractor familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, schedules, specs, and bid docs to prepare estimates.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop detailed commercial project estimates.
• Coordinate with GC, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate bids.
• Identify scope gaps, cost impacts, and risk during bidding.
