Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Sorter to join our TEAM. As the Sorter we need someone who can perform a variety of inspection and sorting finished tile.

Join a large manufacturer with a family-friendly environment and strong growth opportunities. You will inspect tile for shade and defects, monitor equipment, follow SOPs, keep the area safe, and perform related duties. High school diploma or equivalent and prior manufacturing experience required.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• P revious manufacturing/production experience.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Good record keeping skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Accurate measurement capability.
• Ability to understand and speak basic English.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and sorts finished tile.
• Inspects tile for shade and visual defects.
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Follows standard operating procedures.
• Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
• Performs other related duties as required.
