The Tile Shop in Brookfield, CT is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing team of Sales Associates, coach staff, and drive tile sales.

You will greet customers, develop lasting relationships, learn installation processes, and ensure on-time delivery updates while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced environment. First year income targets are 60–75K, with commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team.
• Must have weekend availability.
• Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Open to learning and growing independently and from feedback.
• Sense of Design: put together various styles, colors, and textures.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Previous experience in a related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and develop a well-rounded team of Sales Associates.
• Train and coach employees on policies, procedures and job duties.

• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations.
• Learn and use knowledge of all store and warehouse operations.

• Maintain professional standards to protect The Tile Shop brand.
• Develop schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Use good business practices at all times.
