The Tile Shop is seeking a results-driven sales associate to greet customers professionally, develop lasting relationships and guide them through tile and related product selections in our retail store. You will learn the products, understand installation basics and educate customers to help them choose the right solution for their project.

In a fast-paced environment with a draw plus commission structure, you will strive to meet personal sales goals while delivering outstanding service,

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned
