Job summary

Commercial-Floor-Resources seeks a Tile/Stone Commercial Flooring Installation Field Supervisor to lead daily field execution, manage crew productivity, and ensure safety and quality on site. The role reports to the Division Manager in Operations and requires strong leadership and clear communication with GCs and customers.

You will document daily progress, map completion updates, and coordinate extra work and change orders while representing CFR professionally on every job.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial flooring fieldwork and production sequencing.
• Ability to lead crews and communicate expectations clearly.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily jobsite execution and crew assignments to keep on schedule.
• Monitor workmanship and correct issues to CFR standards.
• Maintain safe site with daily safety documentation.
• Lead field communication with Division Manager, PM, GC, and customer.
• Engage with GC and customer daily to address concerns and present CFR professionally.
• Complete daily reports, update maps of completion, and submit forms on time.
• Identify out-of-scope work and document changes for potential orders.
• Escalate production, safety, or schedule concerns early to the appropriate managers.
