Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, in Dickson, TN, seeks a Tile Rectifying Technician on B shift to maintain safety, quality, and productivity in the Additional Finishes area. You will operate loader/unloader equipment, support maintenance, and train new hires on safety, policy, and equipment operation.

The role emphasizes adherence to ISO 9001 processes, preventive maintenance reviews, and continuous improvement with a focus on a safe work environment and reliable plant operations.

Qualifications

Ensures safety protocols are followed in the plant.
Maintains safe working environment in Additional Finishes department.
Adheres to ISO 9001 quality management processes.

Responsibilities

Follows safety protocols throughout the plant.
Maintains a safe environment in the Additional Finishes department.
Follows ISO 9001 for finishing operations and audits.
Performs PM reviews and assists in weekly safety trainings.
Ensures product specs are followed in finishing operations.
Assists in training new hires on safety, quality policy and equipment.
Works with maintenance to sustain operator care programs.
Handles set-up changes and basic maintenance tasks on loader/unloader equipment.
