Job summary

The Tile Shop in Raleigh, NC is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to greet customers, educate on tile products, and build lasting relationships. You will work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales goals, and participate in a commission-based structure.

• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned
