The Tile Shop in Naperville, IL is seeking sales professionals to greet customers, build lasting relationships, and sell tile and related products. You will educate customers on installation, track sales goals, and provide timely product updates to ensure a high level of service.

Join our team to represent a wide selection of tile, porcelain, glass, ceramic, travertine and other natural stones, while delivering a professional customer experience in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, commission-based sales environment.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Sense of design: various styles, colors, and textures.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
