The Tile Shop is seeking a motivated Sales Associate in Mentor, OH to greet customers, build lasting relationships, and educate on tile products and installation. You will drive sales, meet goals, and maintain a professional appearance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include following up with customers, managing orders, and working evenings and weekends. First-year earnings are projected between 45K and 75K under a draw plus commission structure, with a competitive benefits

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Work evenings and weekends
• Other duties as assigned
